PAYMENT
Reminder: There is a 5% Buyers Premium added to the high bid price to arrive at the final selling price. Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction close to finalize invoicing and payment details. Full payment is to be made within 3 days of the conclusion of the auction. WIRE TRANSFER is the one and only payment method that is accepted. Partial payments will not be accepted. All sales are final, no refunds will be distributed after payment is accepted.
BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
All items are sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees, or warranties as to the condition, value, merchantability, safety or usability. Items become the sole responsibility of the purchaser upon the final gavel. Possession will be obtained upon proper settlement. Purchaser will be responsible for the removal, insurance, breakdown, arranging, shifting, loading, and securing of load for any items purchased. Hours on machine are not guaranteed beyond what is indicated by the hour meter. It is the buyer's responsibility to have inspected the item and determined the condition, year, model, serial number and mileage of the item from your inspection.
EQUIPMENT PICKUP
Pickup is as follows: Friday July 12th and Saturday July 13th or by special Arrangement. Please call Tom 218-686-8222 for special arrangements. If the buyer is not personally picking up the machine there must shipping arrangements organized and active at 10 days prior to the end of the auction.
See seller information above if any questions arise within the bidding/buying process. Terms and conditions apply to all purchases and there will be no exceptions. It is the buyer's responsibility to abide by the predetermined rules and regulations which have been created unique to each seller.

-2, Must have your Financing Set-Up Before the end of sale - All pieces must be paid for by the following Friday @ 5pm. “Do not bid 1st and Try to Set-Up Financing After”
-3, All machinery is sold “AS IS/WHERE IS”. With no warranty expressed or implied. Check out the piece you are interested in please, we encourage all bidders to come inspect the equipment prior to bidding. By not doing so you are agreeing to buy the equipment in AS IS CONDITION with all its faults.
-4, Buyer is responsible for shipping.
-5, Sales Tax will apply unless exempt. "Must provide a copy of Tax Exemption"
-6, ***Buyers responsibility to come check the items out to meet their standards before the sale - It is your Responsibility*** pics might not show everything such as aftermarket parts, surface rust…
-7, Hours are not guaranteed, we report what we visually observe and what the hour meter is showing ONLY, we highly recommend all bidders confirm to their own satisfaction prior to bidding.
-8, We do not guarantee year, we try our best to give the right year from the sources we get it from, customers are to do their own research before bidding.
-9 NO REFUND will be given to incorrect year model, surface rust, if hour meter shows less/more hours than the actual engine or the frame hours, we try our best but we do not have access into Manufacturer’s database. Call your local dealer and ask him to run serial number to find out the actual hours, work history. INSPECTION OF THE MACHINE BY THE BUYER IS RECOMMENDED BEFORE BIDDING!
-10 If the item is titled and sold through a dealer – ALL TAX TITLE AND LICENSE WILL BE PROCESSED THROUGH THE DEALER. EXPECT TO MAKE A SEPARTE PAYMENT TO THE DEALER DIRECTLY FOR THESE ITEMS.
