Shannon Arnold Associate Broker

Starting her real estate journey in 1998 at a local law firm, Shannon assisted in rendering title opinions, and insurance policies, researched county records, and coordinated loan closings for various companies. Subsequently, she became a mortgage broker in 2000 and began working with clients counseling and prequalifying them then working through the entire loan process. From 2002-2015, she stepped out of the real estate and started her own international custom woodworking business which sold products all over the US and Canada. In 2015 she decided she was ready to retire from woodworking and sold the business. Since she had a life-long interest in real estate, she obtained her license in 2016 and went into business with a broker from another town and opened up a local office. She knew her small remote town needed national exposure and while researching ways to do that, United Country always brought interest. In 2019 she obtained her broker's license and started her own United Country office. She most recently merged with another UC office and Tammy Tisland to expand the brand's regional outreach and platform.
