Shannon Arnold:

Starting her real estate journey in 1998 at a local law firm, Shannon assisted in rendering title opinions, and insurance policies, researched county records, and coordinated loan closings for various companies. Subsequently, she became a mortgage broker in 2000 and began working with clients counseling and prequalifying them then working through the entire loan process. From 2002-2015, she stepped out of the real estate and started her own international custom woodworking business which sold products all over the US and Canada. In 2015 she decided she was ready to retire from woodworking and sold the business. Since she had a life-long interest in real estate, she obtained her license in 2016 and went into business with a broker from another town and opened up a local office. She knew her small remote town needed national exposure and while researching ways to do that, United Country always brought interest. In 2019 she obtained her broker's license and started her own United Country office. She most recently merged with another UC office and Tammy Tisland to expand the brand's regional outreach and platform.  

Lisa Martell:

Lisa Martell was born and raised in International Falls. She graduated from Falls High School in 1999 and took classes at Rainy River Community College. She is married, has 2 sons and 3 fur babies. Family values are important to her. She comes from a medical background. She worked in assisted living for 17 years where she assisted residents with ADL’s, pass medication, answer call light’s, do activities and cook their meals. She enjoyed working with the elderly. It was a very rewarding job to her and she treated them as if they were a part of her family. In 2013 she challenged the state and passed the exams to get her CNA License. She also worked in data entry for United Health Group for 5 years where she entered a lot of medical claims both on the physician and hospital side.

Lisa started her Real Estate career in 2021. She is down to earth, honest and hard working. She works in the best interests of her clients and believes in the golden rule to treat others as you would like to be treated. She encourages all questions, no question is a dumb one and responds back quickly. If she does not know the answer she will get back to her clients in a timely fashion with it. She knows the area and understands the values of everyone who lives in the northland. Tammy Tisland: 

Tammy is a lifelong resident of Northern Hubbard and Beltrami County, Minnesota.  Tammy serves the area of Beltrami County, Southern Koochiching County, Western Itasca county, Eastern Clearwater County and Northern Hubbard County.

She has truly enjoyed the outdoor lifestyle that Northern Minnesota offers.  Living the small community, rural lifestyle has taught her to appreciate and value family, friends and the many satisfied clients she has served since the year 2000.  Her long career as a professional Auctioneer and Realtor have given her opportunities to help people from the towns of Bemidji, Turtle River, Tenstrike, Blackduck, Kelliher, Northome, Leonard, Clearbrook, Bagley and a host of rural areas between.
